Dispatch Times

We ship all UK orders the same or next working day after purchase, orders made over weekends will be dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on bank and national holidays.

EU orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Shipping Costs

Website prices includes free delivery to Mainland UK, for larger items (those over 2kg), our free service is Evri 2 day or Yodel who generally deliver within 3 working days. For smaller items we use Royal Mail 48 (2nd class) or Evri 2 Day who aim to deliver within 2 working day, but it is not guaranteed and may take longer. Commonly for large orders or bulk order we will upgrade postage to DPD service, please contact us for details. 

We also have express delivery options when we will use either DHL and DPD Next Day services, we highlight recommend paying for these if you need your equipment quickly.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

UK Offshore

UK Offshore destinations and certain remote parts of the Scottish Highlands require a £8 surcharge as our courier service charges extra for delivery to these areas. The items will be sent with DPD Local and delivery will also be extended to a two day service. This includes Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes in Scotland; AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-23, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

If the free delivery service is used, we will send with economy services such as Hermes where longer delivery times should be expected.

Sorry but the Channel Islands are considered an international destination. Please be aware that on large orders that require us to send more than one parcel, shipping costs may increase.

International

Prices and delivery times will vary for international locations but in most cases DPD will be used so you can still count on a good service. Please be aware on large orders that require us to send more than one parcel, extra shipping costs will be added.

Courier Delivery

Delivery will take place between 0:900 and 18:00 and will require a signature, if nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there is not as safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

You can make amendments to your delivery date and address at www.dpdlocal.co.uk quoting your delivery postcode and tracking number.

Tracking

If your item(s) have been sent via courier then a tracking number will be forwarded to you. You can track the status of your parcel by visiting http://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/content/how-can-we-help/index.jsp

And entering your tracking number and delivery postcode.

Royal Mail orders will be sent recorded depending on price paid.
